Welcome to Throttle Junkies — the home of broke dads, fast kids, weekend warriors, and everyone holding the moto family together. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Throttle Junkies. Throttle Junkies operates this website and store (collectively, the “Services”) to bring you quality, sarcasm-infused motocross apparel, and a smoother shopping experience.
Throttle Junkies is powered by Shopify, which gives us the tech backbone to deliver your orders. By using our site or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to the following Terms of Service (these “Terms”). Please read them carefully — they include important details about your rights, your responsibilities, and how we operate.
By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from Throttle Junkies, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, you’ll need to skip the merch for now.

By using our Services, you confirm you’re of legal age of majority in your state or country of residence (or have permission from your parent/guardian).
When shopping with us, you may be asked for details like your name, email, billing, and shipping info. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You’re solely responsible for keeping your account details secure.
Basically — keep your info real and your password safe.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to make sure our product images and descriptions match what you’ll actually receive. But depending on your device or screen settings, colours may vary slightly from what you see online.
We can’t promise that every tee, hoodie, or print will meet your expectations exactly — but they’re all made with the same care, quality, and attention to detail. Product descriptions can change or be discontinued at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel that order for any reason (for example, stock errors, quality concerns, or suspicious activity).
Your payment must go through before your order is confirmed. Please double-check everything before hitting 'checkout,' because once an order is accepted, we may not be able to cancel it.

All purchases from Throttle Junkies are for personal use — not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions can change at any time. Taxes, shipping, handling, and import duties are extra unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing details so your order can be processed without delay. If your payment fails, we can’t ship your order — fair’s fair.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We work with trusted print and shipping partners across the USA to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only — delays due to weather, customs, or carrier hiccups are beyond our control. Once your package is handed over, risk of loss transfers to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, names, artwork, designs, and other content on our site belong to Throttle Junkies. That includes slogans like “Created by a Moto Dad. Worn by the Moto Family.”
You can’t copy, reproduce, resell, or reuse our designs or site content without permission. Basically — ride your own line, not ours.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
From time to time, we may offer third-party tools or integrations (like Shopify apps). We provide these “as is,” without any warranty. Use them at your own discretion and make sure you’re cool with their terms before diving in.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site might have links to third-party websites or content. Once you leave our site, you’re on their turf. We’re not responsible for what happens there — check their terms and privacy policies.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
We run on Shopify’s platform. That means Shopify helps us handle secure checkout, hosting, and some operational aspects — but your purchases are made directly with Throttle Junkies. Shopify isn’t responsible for your transactions or purchases.
Any issues with your order? You talk to us, not Shopify.

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal info collected through our site is treated according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes certain data to help us run things smoothly — you can review their privacy terms on Shopify’s website.
Using our site means you agree to both.

Got an idea, suggestion, or killer slogan? We love hearing from our community, but by submitting feedback, you agree we can use it however we need — for marketing, improvements, or creating new designs — without owing you compensation or credit (unless we choose to shout you out).
